You will join the Group Operations Transformation division, aiming to accelerate the success of AXA Group Operations (GO) by providing simple and user-oriented services across Transformation and Change management, Human Resources and Communication.

JOB PURPOSE
Help create and maintain a high-achieving organization culture by delivering programs that reward and recognize key employee capabilities, skills, behaviours, experience and performance.
Ensure that reward systems are market relevant, fair and cost-effective, and that employee benefits are inclusive, competitive, and cost effective.
MISSIONS
1. Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Reward & Benefits for a perimeter of AXA GO countries
- Act as the primary contact for all reward and benefits topics for specific countries, ensuring alignment with AXA GO’s global compensation policies.
- Provide recommendations on salary structures, benefits, and incentive plans based on market trends and internal benchmarks.
2. Participation in the Year End People Review campaign:
- Support countries/divisions during the campaign.
- Partner with HRBPs and managers to ensure effective roll out of the Year End People Review campaign.
- Prepare and provide with analysis related to performance and compensation.
- Lead for one or more specific streams of the campaign.
- Participate into technical evolutions of tools (project management, testing..)
• 3. Ad-Hoc Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct in-depth compensation analyses to support business decisions.
- Develop dashboards and presentations for senior management based on compensation-related data.
4. Lead or participate to transversal topics or projects depending on the department roadmap.
